Wow, where to start....all the above attributes are spot on! In March the owner of the company visited our home and... provided a very fair estimate for our newly installed home AC system. On installation day our home was "swamped " with a crew that was very professional,kind and very knowledgeable of their trade. They were respectable of our space as wife and I sat around house observing their work. The system is great...so pleased that we chose Anacapa heating and air over others...great job and highly recommend for your future plans!read more

No show to three appointments. Just call if your are not going to show. Ignored the many request for a call 30... minutes before arriving. The owner arrived unannounced on job site and clearly not informed on air conditioners. They only have two technicians and are a very small company based on what their secretary said. Avoid this company. You will regret working with them as I did. I’d give them 0 Stars if possible.read more
