* Update 9/13/21.... We are long term customers and have always received top notch service from Redlands Heating and... Plumbing. For that reason, we trust this company and their recommendations. Redlands Heating and Plumbing has now given us another reason to rate them as one of the best. Our recent review indicated we were unhappy (for the first time ever) with a product (not the service). Redlands Heating and Plumbing made contact with us and took the time to listen to our perspective. I clearly missed a portion of the warranty....but I cannot thank Redlands Heating and Plumbing enough for caring about their customers relations and taking the time to reach out to us. We are just ONE customer for a large company ... but obviously Redlands Heating and Plumbing cares about EVERY SINGLE CUSTOMER! Thank you for making us feel like we matter and not making us feel like we were just one of many. ... END OF UPDATE ** I am very disappointed with the customer service service. I purchased an AC package for almost $8000. Is less than 2 years the motor and circuit board both went out. Yes the AC is only covered for parts so after spending almost $8000 on the new system less than 2 years ago I'm now paying an additional 700 for the repairsread more

Great customer service from beginning to end. Technicians are knowledgeable and professional. They clearly explain the... diagnosis and possible solutions. The office staff is kind and caring. The managers are involved and provide personalized service.Since our AC broke down during the hottest season, they even provided portable AC units for the house while they worked on the estimates and scheduled the installation. I want to praise Jonathan for the quality of his work and for going beyond the call of duty. A week or so after he... performed HVAC maintenance, there was a power failure and the unit would not turn on. On his day off, he called me and helped me figure out what the problem was. He interpreted pictures of what I saw and video of the LED flashing diagnostics. This was urgent because we were leaving town and we needed the system working before we left (we have cats). Also, before this happened, he's the first to point out that our attic unit needed a surge protector. If I had gotten one when he suggested that, the problem may never have happened. So high praise for Jonathan!read more

Rudy was awesome, super professional and friendly as well. He respected our covid space and adhered to all the... protocols. He unclogged the kitchen sink easily and cleaned up all afterward. They were 100% transparent with what to expect from their assessment of our issue. Our technician (probably the best... vendor we’ve ever had at our home over the past 17 years) showed me in real-time what he was looking for as he performed tests and how that result would impact decision-making going forward. I felt like I could trust him, his assessment and recommendations and that he did everything he could to keep costs down. He went over and above by sweeping out my garage as he waited for our water heater to drain.
