Removed and replaced A/C exterior unit. This was done so that a concrete slab could be placed and the unit re situated... on the new slab. Element worked very well to accommodate the contractor's schedule. The technicians were very prompt, professional and friendly. They worked very hard to limit the time the unit was down and when replaced performed a service to ensure proper functioning. They were so good that I will recommend Element to anyone I know who need heating and air condition service.read more

Had an AC problem and called around, everyone wanted to upsell me a new AC unit. Element took the time to look at the... unit we have and fix the problem. Very friendly, very professional.read more

They cut my wire to the compressor and quoted me $5k to replace my coils which did not need to happen they simply... needed to be un-thawed, not replaced. When I contacted Elements manager, there was no effort made to resolve the issue correctly or to accept any responsibility for the misdiagnosis that could have cost me more then 5k. Element Heating has lost my trust and my business. I feel as though they were trying to take advantage of a single mother. I have since contacted another company who came out and easily and inexpensively fixed the problems caused by Element.read more

I have had many other Heating & Cooling relations and worked with others but by far Element Heating & Air are the best.... Thanks Amy for the quick scheduling and the way you treated me on the phone. I made one phone call and within no time Amy called me right back scheduled the service at my home and the tech Austin was there the next day! WOW! Austin was on time and very efficient with my time and the service he preformed was the best. I am a very busy guy and my time is very valuable to be and Element understand that. Thanks for the 5 star service!!!!read more
