My mom has used Bergs over 15 years for semi annual service. She wanted a new HVAC install. On Oct 12, the original ... appointment was scheduled for Oct 19, but Bergs website did not transmit the information to the company. so a second appointment was scheduled for Oct 25. After several inquires a quote was received on Nov 5. The manager was supposed to call as a follow up to some concerns, but only an email was received apologizing for the delay. We've been using Bergs to maintain our heat pump system for a few years now. First off the employees are always really... nice and professional. The issue is that three times now we have had them back out to repair their own work, or problems arising from their work. I appreciate that they're honest with me about the cause, and I don't think they were intentionally causing failures, but they of course charge us for these repairs which is frustrating when we're struggling to buy food let alone needless repairs with the pandemic impacting our finances so badly.read more

They Forgot I made appointment the 1st time wrote the wrong address down the 2nd time. The tech didn't check the unit... out to see what exactly was wrong with the ac unit cause it did turn on . The tech noticed the bad wiring did nothing about it. The tech said he noticed the wiring, he said it was OK because the unit was working. It was done Friday an stopped working on Saturday . Then came back online Sunday late in the day an stopped Monday evening. Call Tuesday morning @7:44am no return call so I called not only once after 2hrs they had no game plan yet to fix it called again 1hr later still no plan from them to fix it. Received a email to charge me more money. Also the lady who answered the phone also said if I like my options to go somewhere else. This is how they treat veterans and the disabled. Will not tell anybody to use them . Very poor customer service. ZERO STARES . PRETTY SHADY COMPANY.read more

Huge Rave for bergs! They put in my new HVAC unit a couple weeks ago and they did a great job! Oscar and his partner(... forget his name) were amazing and so friendly, made the whole experience great and not uncomfortable at with having strangers in my home. They did an awesome job with the installation and made sure we were happy with the job, and understood how to work the new system. Great locally owned business, 10 out 10 and would definitely recommend.read more
