When Eugene Alber started the business in 1967, he wanted to give a personal level of service that only comes from being a family owned and operated business. We still strive to give each customer the same level of service. We offer expert installation, repair, and maintenance by a skilled team of factory-trained professionals. With our walk-in store in the same location since 1980, we are able to have a full warehouse full of parts and equipment available for residential and commercial customers. Their service was really great. They had Cody come out to fix our AC that was leaking water. He answered all our... questions and concerns respectfully, fixed the water drain pipe and checked the rest of the furnace area for any problems. We told him about another problem with the air ducts which we forgot to mention in the call, so he didn't bring all the tools for it but he still looked at it anyways. He managed to fix the air ducts and gave us some tips to help keep the AC maintained properly. Overall an enjoyable and friendly experience.read more

I called Alber's at approximately 9:30am on 12/5/19 and Matt, alongside his assistant were at my door within an... hour.My heating system was out and my elderly Mom and little Sister were freezing their behinds off..Matt and his assistant entered my home ready to work with their tools and equipment in hand. Allow me to take a moment to send a sincere “thank you” to the staff of Alber’s Air Conditioning and Heating.This... week I scheduled an appointment to have annual maintenance done on our central air unit. I spoke to Linda, who is one of the friendliest receptionist I have encounter (and I placed my call at 8:00am, which is usually the worse time to call any office). Linda made sure to schedule an appointment time that was not only as soon as possible, but that was convenient to my personal schedule. At no time did I feel as though I was being rushed off the phone, or that she was not interested in what I had to say. Linda is, without a doubt, an asset to the Alber’s company.The same can be said for Matt, the technician who did the maintenance on our central air unit. Again, like the rest of the staff of Alber’s, Matt was courteous and friendly. Additionally, he is extremely knowledgeable at his job, and was able to troubleshoot and rectify the problems with our central air unit (and our central air unit is over a couple of decades old). I believe that Matt is an example of why Alber’s has been serving the valley since the late 1960’s. The technicians are good at their jobs, and Alber’s is good at their business.Since the early 1980’s, our family has done business with Alber’s Air Conditioning and Heating, and the reason is quite simple. As I have said, the staff are good at their jobs. They are professional, efficient, always on time, and provided services that are reasonably priced. Whether for business or residential, if services are needed in air conditioning and heating, the Alber’s is the place to go.read more
